Vibrant Movement Collective Teachers

Hi! I'm Aubrey, the founder of Vibrant Movement Collective! I'm trained and certified in alignment-based Vinyasa Yoga, Barre, Restorative, Kid’s Yoga, Pre & Postnatal, Yoga for Fertility Support and Yoga for Sensory Disorders. I've been immersed in yoga and fitness since 1998 and have been teaching since 2012. My practice began as a way to manage my scoliosis-related back pain and has given me strength where my structure is imbalanced. I bring a deep understanding of alignment, breath work and mobility into creatively sequenced classes that challenge students physically while offering mental and spiritual balance. I'm passionate about helping others unlock their inner strength and leave class feeling empowered, renewed and rejuvenated.
When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me chasing after my two spirited daughters and our giant, fluffy Akita dog. My husband and I are novice beekeepers, learning as we go and soaking up the joys of mountain living.
I opened Vibrant Movement Collective to provide a sanctuary for our mountain community, encourage movement and fitness and welcome other practitioners a home base for their offerings.
I look forward to having you in for class!

Meet Taylor...
With over a decade of dedicated practice, Taylor brings depth, playfulness, and intention to every class. As a 500-hour RYT and certified Buti Yoga instructor, she draws from diverse lineages to create practices that are dynamic, heart-centered, and intelligently designed. Her classes blend mobility-focused movement, breathwork, and meditation—grounded in both ancient philosophy and modern science.
Taylor’s unique approach bridges the physical and the subtle, weaving insights from neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and yogic wisdom. Her teaching invites you to slow down, listen in, get curious, and build a more intuitive relationship with your body and inner world. With a reverence for both the science of the body and the mystery of the soul, her classes will leave you feeling more rooted in your body, clearer in your mind, and connected to something deeper within.
