Dumbbell Toning:

Strength training with dumbbells and bands, isolating muscle groups with reps choreographed to music for a fun and form-focused, full-body toning workout.

Latin Dance Cardio:

Latin and Pop style cardio workout with slow building and repetitive choreography to build confidence and coordination. This is not formal dance; it’s a fun and energetic way to lose yourself in the beat of great music and a playful atmosphere, while getting a fantastic cardio workout!

HIIT:

High intensity interval training. Students rotate through single-move workout stations performed at personal-max ability for short intervals of work and recovery. Exercises target upper body, lower body, cardio, and core, and are modifiable to all fitness levels. HIIT is particularly helpful for hormone balance and heart health.

Deep Stretch & Balance:

Recovery Yoga flow that incorporates deep stretch, balance, therapeutic breathing, and mediation. This class improves flexibility, circulation, oxygenation, muscle relaxation, and mindfulness. Each routine is tailored to students’ recovery needs.

Vinyasa Yoga:

This all-levels Vinyasa Yoga class invites you to explore and deepen your practice with accessible modifications and options to advance. We move with intention, focusing on alignment, mobility, and breath—learning to work with both the physical and emotional body through mindful movement. Expect a supportive, playful atmosphere that nurtures curiosity, presence and connection.

Yoga Sculpt:

Yoga Sculpt is a comprehensive and transformative class that strengthens the body, boosts flexibility and balance, encourages mindfulness and helps relieve stress. Classes will include: basic yoga poses, strength training, balance, focus on breath, flexibility, low-impact cardio, brief meditation and Savasana. This class is for all levels and can be easily modified.

Gentle Yoga:

Gentle Yoga is a slower-paced, beginner-friendly class that emphasizes mobility, relaxation, and accessible modifications. With supportive poses and a focus on breath, this class helps improve flexibility while creating a calming atmosphere that helps to ease stress. Suitable for all levels.

Restorative Yoga:

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, calming practice that uses props to support the body in restful poses, encouraging deep relaxation and stress relief. Breathwork (Pranayama) is emphasized and practiced. This class is excellent for resetting the nervous system, releasing tension, and finding stillness and breath.

Barre:

Barre is a low-impact, medium-intensity workout that blends ballet-inspired movement with elements of Pilates, strength training and yoga. This class targets small muscle groups to build strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility.

Core Vin/Yin Yoga:

This balanced class blends the energizing power of Vinyasa with the deep surrender of Yin. We begin with dynamic Vinyasa flows, targeted core work, and intentional breathwork to build strength, focus, and heat. Then we shift into the grounding world of Yin, with long-held postures to release tension & calm the nervous system. Leave feeling both empowered and deeply relaxed.
